Celebrating the life of Cecil B. Sullivan
Thank you for signing Cecil B. Sullivan's Guestbook
I met Cecil back in 84-85, or somewhere close to that time period, while working at Lake Anna State Park. He was a dang good worker. We enjoyed each other's company for years after meeting and working together. I visited him at his home several times and enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake surrounding his home. He was a straight shooter and a stand up guy. I shall miss him. Rest in peace my ole pal...Ed Carneal
