Willie Earl Payne, 67 of Locust Grove passed away Thursday, March 6 2014. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Payne; three step children Robbie, Joy and Renae; brothers Daniel and Ricky Payne; sisters Virginia Hall, Barbara Seay, Donna Williams and Tammy Seay; his best friend and nephew, Kyle Seay. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday March 10 at Woodward Funeral Home. Louisa. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 11 at the Seay Family Cemetery, Mineral.
