Our heartfelt sympathy to family, friends and Mr. Seay`s law enforcement family.
When I was gathering my thoughts about Bill the funny stories we shared kept coming foremost in my mind. We were so privileged to know him. Bill was a true American and loved his country as well as fighting for our freedom. Bill loved his hunting, cars and his hunting dogs. He was so proud of his daughter and Shirley his wife, who took such great care of him. He leaves this world with his great wealth of knowledge for battles and sacrifices he has gone through. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to those that needed it. My prayer to the family is that you hold tight to your memories, and may our Lord and Saviour help you through this most difficult of times. Andy Trice you were a great friend to Bill and I know how much you admired him as he did you my friend.
Bill is truly missed. His resolve to protect this country as a career U.S Marine coupled with his later long term service with the Louisa County Sheriffs force is proof of his instinctive drive to protect our country and county. As a VFW Post Commander, I could always rely on Bill`s wisdom. His common sense was obvious in his every decision. Shirley, I know you will miss Bill, but there are a lot of us in your boat. Semper Fi Bill
I am truly sorry to hear of Bills passing. He was a kind caring and companionate person. He hooked me up with an awesome 1955 yellow Ford connect and I loved that car. Every time Bill and I saw each other we talked about that car and the guy I bought it from. Just know God got another angel. Semper Fi! Marine. Guard the gates of heaven.
