Tina L. Clements

Tina L. Clements, 56, of Mineral, Virginia departed this life and gained her angel wings on Sunday, November 29, 2020.
Tina was born on June 19, 1964, in Germany, and was preceded in death by her father, Archie Wesley Clements, Jr., her brother, Archie Wesley Clements, III and her daughter, Tammy Marie Clements.
Tina attended Louisa County Public Schools and held many customer service jobs within the restaurant business in Zion Crossroads, Virginia. She loved to cook, crochet and listen to R&B music in her spare time. She was known as a great friend but most importantly, a devoted mother to her children. She would give her last to make sure her children would never be without.
Tina is survived by her mother, Annie Schleyer of Germany; a brother, John Clements of Mineral, Virginia; a half-sister, Tanya Schleyer of Germany; an aunt, Elfie Ludwig (Richard) of Florida; six children: Aaron Houchens, Jr. of Mineral, Virginia, Heather Houchens of Culpeper, Virginia, Jeffrey Clements (Lauren) of Winchester, Virginia, Gabrielle Clements of Charlottesville, Virginia, Morgan Houchens of Mineral, Virginia, and Latasha Houchens of Mineral, Virginia; and a host of grandchildren that she loved indefinitely.
A memorial celebration of life will be announced at a later date
We will be following CDC recommendations, and the State of Virginia mandates on face covering, social distancing, and occupancy.
Tina was my cousin, my mother was Birdie Mae Clements who was youngest sister to Tina Father. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. Tina was one of the best friends I had. We have laughed, cried, eat. drink, party, went to church together . We had some of the best times together, she was one friend you could depend on. I will always love you Tina and going to miss you. Keep smiling.
