Thomas Patrick Parker
Born August 25, 1942 to the late Avery Milton Parker and Lora Newton Parker in Buffalo
Junction, Virginia. Tom passed away peacefully at his home on September 27, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his son “Baby Parker” and brother Mack Parker.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Linda Jones Parker, daughters Tonya Parker (Dan)Penny Best (Jimmy) Rhonda Baker (Peggy) and stepson Chuck Hiter (Teri).
Six grandchildren, Christopher, (Brandy) James Michael, David, Hannah, Michelle Best and
Thomas Baker. Great grandson Bryson Best. Extended family Ryan, Bradley and Jadan.
Brothers Luther, (Bev) and Gene Parker. Sisters Mary Moore, Matilda Garrett (Winston) andBetsy Dement, (David). Brother-in-law Buddy Jones, (Debbie). Numerous nieces, nephews and long-time friend Barry Priddy.
Tom worked at North Anna Power Station and Surry Power Station for years where he had many Friends. He loved fishing, hunting, NASCAR (18) and going to the casino.
He was a past member of Louisa Moose Lodge 2065 where he held many offices including
Administrator, Governor and Past President of the seventh district.
Tom was a kind, soft spoken, generous man that will be missed
Funeral Services: Sunday September 30,2018 at 2:00pm
Visitation: Saturday September 29,2018 from 7:00-9:00 pm
