Robert, Susan was more than a patient to me, she was an inspiration. I loved how she cared about those around her, even in the face of this awful illness. I remember the times she made me laugh when I was feeling down and the times we cried together during her hospitalizations. I will miss seeing her, but know that she is finally at peace. I feel blessed that I had the privilege to care for her and get to know her. While she was a blessing to us all, you were a blessing for her. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.
