Stephen Hunter Williams, Jr.

April 22, 1950 – December 16, 2020

Stephen Hunter Williams, Jr., 70, of Louisa passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at his home.

Stephen was a member of Memorial Baptist Church of Louisa, he retired from Dominion Energy as a mechanic, he loved hunting and gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Stephen Hunter, and Elsie H. Williams, Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife Barbara L.  “Boo” Williams; two sons Jason Williams, and Don Moore (Donna); nine grandchildren Jason Taylor, Kelsey Michelle, Brayden Hunter Williams, Brandon, Casey Moore, Brittney Brown (Brandon), and Jermey, Paul, and David Britton; two sisters Merle Seay (Russell), and Leeann Wright (Alvin); and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to mention the passing of Stephens sister, Elva Peele who passed away December 21, 2020.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be having a walk-through visitation from 12 to 5 p.m. Monday, December 28, 2020 at Woodward Funeral Home.

Graveside service will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery, Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Stephens dear friend Reno Cutwright speaking.

We will be following the guidelines recommended by the CDC and the mandates of the state of Virginia on face covering, social distancing, and occupancy.
