Ruth Richardson Tulloh, of Mineral, Virginia, died April 23, 2008, in The Laurels of Charlottesville, where she had been a resident for several years.
A visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2008 at Woodward Funeral Home, Louisa.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P. M. on Friday, April 25, 2008, at Mineral Baptist church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Terry Johnson, Allen Pippin, Charles Sims, Bob Weakley, David Whitlock and John D. Whitlock.
She is survived by a nephew, James M. Tulloh, Jr., of China, North Carolina. She is also survived by a caring and devoted friend, Eleanor Bickley; her devoted friends at The Laurels of Charlottesville and her friends at the Mineral Baptist Church.
Ms. Tulloh was a Registered Nurse, working for various Doctors and the Home Beneficial Life Insurance Company in Louisa, Virginia, for many years.
Ms. Tulloh was the daughter of the late James W. and Florence Sims Tulloh. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Eleanor H. Tulloh and Doris Tulloh, her brothers, James M. Tulloh, Fred Tulloh and Coffer Tulloh.
She was a life-long member of Mineral Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mineral Baptist Church or the Mineral Historic Foundation.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I have been looking for Ruth for many years. I worked with her at Home Beneficial and used to take her home. She was the most wonderful woman I have ever met. She certainly made an impression on me for me to search for her for so long. I wish I had found her earlier, but I will see her one day soon.
