Rose Ada Smith, 83, lifelong resident of Louisa passed away Wednesday Jan. 23, 2013, at Martha Jefferson Hospital.She was a member of Louisa Christian Church.Survivors include her sons, Tommy Smith (Susan) of Spotsylvania and R.L. Smith of Louisa; daughter Janice Sprouse of Charlottesville; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday Jan. 27, at Woodward Funeral Home.A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday Jan. 28, in Hillcrest Cemetery.In lieu of memorials, donations may be made to the Louisa Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1777 Louisa, Va. 23093.
Will miss such a fine LADY. Always enjoyed our conversations when I visited. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
