Robert W. Halsey, Jr. died on November 12, 2016 at UVA Hospital. He was born in Clifton Forge, VA to Robert & Doretha Halsey on September 29, 1967.
Survivors include Mari-Beth Koonce and James Richard Halsey and eight nephews and nieces and numerous cousins.
He will surely be missed. He was a U S Navy veteran of six years and beloved by many.
Service will be private at a later date.
