We will miss you grandpa. Sorry I didn`t get to know you better.
my wife wandra and myself met ralph about a year ago through the vfw post in mineral. we always felt he was very caring and loving person. we took a trip with ralph, in july 2009, to charlestown wv to the casino as he had been wanting to play poker in a casino. i truthfully can say ralph got his money`s worth that day as he play at one table for 12 straight hours, only taking a break to use the rest room. i am so glad he got to do that. he always treated folks with the up most respect. a true gentleman if ever i met one.
I`ll miss you grandpa. Love you.
I can honestly say that Ralph, and Gerry, were exceptional neighbors to those of us who live in the Frederick`s Hall and Mineral area. Ralph always had a broad smile and easy manner, which made being in his company a pleasure. He was always extending a hand to the local rescue squad; and to neighbors who needed some expert carpentry, or painting. It is said that a man`s measure is by how he lived. To this, I will remember Ralph with great respect.
I am so sorry, just found out as Chuckmy son the Deputy in Louisa was off that week and we live in Madison, Va. Chuck checked into Louisa and that is when he found out, I called him daily and was able to complete one of his last wishes about 2 weeks ago..I made him his breakfast quiche pies. My heart goes out to all of his family please contact me if I can help in any way….They were my best friends and I will also remember our trip to Disney together that he wanted to make sure Gerry got to do…My family and I will always remember the good times we all had…and hopefully your survival will be the same…Rusty and family
