Pamela Jean Talley

November 2, 1966 – January 30, 2021

Pamela Jean Sprouse Talley, 54, of Mineral, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 30, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Mae Sprouse, her father, Richard “Gene” Eugene Shiflett; a brother, Elwood “Moonie” Sprouse; and a sister Diane Shiflett.

She is survived by her partner of over 17 years, David “Petey” Pelletier; his mother, “Dottie”;  a loving step mother, Betty Shiflett; her three children, Chelsea Payton Newsome, husband Aaron, Kendra Payton Turner, and Robert Kyle Hicks, fiancée, Nicole Merritt; seven grandchildren, Kaylen “Kay Kay” Amick,  Adam “AJ” Turner, Xavier “Zay” Roach, Zoey Barbara Mae Roach, Brandon “Fuss” Chad Pritchette, and Robert (KJ) Kyle Hicks Jr; She is also survived by three sisters, Angela ”Annie” Sprouse Snow, Sharon Shiflett King, Sherry Solowow, fiancé, Lee Fitzgerald; and a brother, Richard “Van” Eugene Shiflett, wife Karen; her sister in-law Matilda “Tilly” Hunt Sprouse; and a special person that was dear to her heart, a loving and caring step mother to her son, Reba Hicks; and a number of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and many, many friends. She also leaves behind two fur babies, her cats, Lily & Daddy Baby.

She will sadly be missed for all the days to come; we know we’ll see her again. She will always be remembered for her huge heart, beautiful smile, and contagious laughter, she had unconditional love for family and friends, her heart especially overflowed for her grandchildren who will always hold a special place with “Maw-Maw”.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 1pm, Spring Grove Cemetery, Mineral for immediate family and close friends.
