Mary Alice Ward Deale, 99, of Mineral, Virginia passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014. She was the daughter of the late William and Martha Ward; and is also preceded in death by her husband, Walter A. Deale, Sr., sons, Walter A. Deale, Jr., James R. Deale and Edward T. Deale; brothers, James “Jim” D. Ward, William “Billy” E. Ward and Oliver T. Ward; sisters, Emma F. Greene, and Mattie A. Ward.A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother she is survived by daughters; Della D. Trivette (Rabon) of Glen Allen, VA, Ellen B. Cooke of Ashland, Margaret L. Perry of Bumpass, Linda F. Dmytryszyn (Charlie) and Evelyn R. King both of Mineral; three daughters-in-law, Grace Deale, Linda Deale, and Thecla Deale, twenty-two grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a special care giver, Cindy Bevins..The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Woodward Funeral Home, Louisa, VA. A funeral service will be officiated by Pastor Jerry Hall at 11am on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at the funeral home with interment to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
To grandma me and my wife will missed just thinking of all the Chirstmas breakfast we and all the sunday dinners Teddy. Now I know you are in heaven cooking for granddaddy and uncle Ed and Rod and also my dad Samuel Perry, sr, and Arnold or son we love you and missed you god blessed you
