Lola Powell Chadwick, 48, of Louisa, passed away Monday, August 3, 2009 at her residence. She was born February 27, 1961 in Whiteville, N.C. to the late Jack Powell and Nellie Powell. She loved to read, spend time with her children and grandchildren and she worked as a radiation protection technologist.
She is survived by her sons, Scott, Lee, David and Robert, her brothers, Jack, William and Horrace, her sisters, Cindy, Sandy, Niesse and Jane, and her grandchildren, Shay and Olivia.
A funeral service will be held in Shallotte, N.C. by Brunswick Funeral Home.
