Linda G. Nuckols, 70, of Louisa County, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Nuckols was preceded in death by her husband, A.C. Nuckols III, her father, W.C. Hess; and her sister, Bettie Deacon. She is survived by her mother, Willie Hess; her two daughters, Teresa G. Hamilton (Marvin) of Elkton and Cynthia L. Draves; three grandchildren Deborah Hamilton, Marvin Ray Hamilton, Jr. and Samantha D. Barrett (Nick); three great-grandchildren Killian and Kylarr Reedy and Addison Mae Barrett; two brothers Thomas Hess (Mary) and John Hess (Frances); three sisters Barbara Rudich, Carol Nuckols (Daniel) and Julia Ann Sprouse (Walter); two brothers-in-law Garland Nuckols (Jackie) and Ashby Nuckols (Anita); and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
