Employed by Walton and Wood, Southern States, and the County of Louisa, he was known for his big smile and helpful nature. Always asking how you were before his own needs. He loved woodworking and gave away many of his projects.
Trinity Baptist Church and its families were dear to him. As a lifelong member, he served as deacon and trustee for over 50 years. He now has clear vision and resides with his Lord.
Many thanks to the kind and caring staff of Noble Senior Living of Louisa for their compassionate care. Arrangements are being handled by Woodward Funeral Home. A visitation will be held Tuesday December 27th from 6 to 8pm. A graveside service will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery on Wednesday, December 28th at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, 135 Mansfield Road in Mineral, VA.
It was just a couple days ago I was thinking of Mr. Mason and Millie. She was the assistant in my kindergarten class and I remember Mr. Mason coming in with chicks in the spring. He also made us wooden pencil holders in the shape of a rabbit. I am saddened to learn of his passing, but he is reunited with his love. He was a wonderful man and meant so much to many. Much love to his family.
Mr Earl,
Thank you for all the stories, laughs and love!
You have had so many impacts of my life!
The best was Food lion, I was young and so very stupid.
You worked for fun and Food lion and to give us “youngsters” more to be grateful for.
That you for all the love and joy you gave me.
Prayers for your family however I’m sure that they are graceful for the life lessons.
RIP Mr Earl!!❤️❤️
