Lauren Michele Watts 25 of Mineral, Virginia passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at her residence. She attended Mineral Baptist Church and was a Theater & Arts Major at VCU andThe 1st Louisa Idol.Lauren is survived by her parents; Dorman and Susan Watts, a daughter; Jaiden Kinsley Wood and a brother; Ronald D. Watts, aunt & uncle, Pam and Kyle D. Watts, Jr. of NC; grandmother, Ethel Garren of NC; grandfather, Ronald Seaman of Covington, VA; aunt & uncle, Linda & Vic Marquez of NC; numerous first & second cousins.A Memorial Service will be held 11:00am Friday, July 25, 2014 at Mineral Baptist Church officiated by Jim Stone.In lieu of flowers please make memorial donation to Bank of America; for Jaiden Kinsley Wood; c/o Susan Watts.

I remember when y`all lived here in Alton & we attended the same pool. I was also blown away at watching Lauren portray Helen Keller in a local play. She was truly amazing & I`m so very sorry for your tremendous loss! God bless you all & may he give you strength to get through this.

Unfortunately, we haven`t seen or spoken to one another since high school. So I`m left with the great memories from theater and choir collaborations and your vivacious personality which is just fine with me. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I am so sorry for your loss.
