Kimiko Y. Pogash, 79, of Woodbridge, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2010 at Louisa Health Care Center in Louisa. She was born June 1, 1931 in Tokyo, Japan to Masao Yamamoto and Fumi Naoi Yamamoto. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair, PA.
Kimiko is survived by her daughter, Nancy Rheinscheld of Marietta, GA, her sons, Steve Pogash and Edward Pogash Shelia all of Woodbridge, three grandchildren Joshua and Bryan Rheinscheld, Emily Graham and a great-granddaughter, Natalie Graham. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Stephen Michael Pogash who she wed in 1955.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 11th at Woodward Funeral Home, 200 Fredericksburg Ave., Louisa, VA 23093.
