Kathy was more than a fellow and geek” in high school. She was one of my best friends confidant “heart” and “life” adviser and a shoulder when needed. The angel we have lost is now one of heaven`s greatest gains.”
My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. Kathy will be deeply missed. She was a wonderful person and I am blessed to have known her.
Thoughts & prayers to Kathy`s entire family during this time of sorrow. May God strengthen you all and may you keep memories of her unique spirit forever alive in your hearts and minds.
My deepest sympathy to all the family and fellow workers as know she will surely be missed.
Kathy was one of my best friends in high school, and we lost touch after I moved away. When I say est ” I mean that although she was very outgoing and funny I cannot recall a single instance of her making fun of or belittling someone. She reached out to make anyone feel welcome in her presence and she taught me a lot about inclusion and acceptance. Her memory will be cherished by so many…”
My love and Prayers go out to Kathy`s family in their time of need. Kathy and I worked together one summer at a St. Michael`s hotel, I didn`t have a car and she would take me everywhere. I have many fond memories of our days off, and going to Ocean City. She had a wonderful spirit, full of spunk, I know she is with us now.
Kathy not only smiled with her lips, but with her eyes and heart. She brought joy to everyone who was blessed to know her.
Our deepest sympathy to Bobby and to the famlies. Kathy helped us with our start here at Lake Anna. We called her for all kinds of info and she always had the answers or found them and got back to us. We didn`t see her as often as we wanted, or chat as much as we wished, but her smile and her great attitude will always be remembered.
Kathy had a special spirit. We will all miss her wonderful spunkiness and warmth. Our thoughts and prayers of condolence are with her family and the many friends who loved her.
Dear Jean and Bonnie, I am so sorry to hear about Kathy. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
My deepest sympathies for all Kathy`s family, friends, and client-friends. Kathy had a real zest and positive energy that were contagious. Kathy helped me find my dream lot at Lake Anna by taking me to undeveloped properties where it seemed no person had gone before. Ticks all over both of us. Complaining, about the ticks, my comment to Kathy was she would do anything to sell a property; she disagreed with me, saying she would do anything to help her clients. That was an appropriate description of her approach, her energy, and her dedication. Kathy and her great smile will be missed.
So sorry for your loss Jack and Nancy. I am here if you need anything. Love You Both!!!!
Our deepest condolences. Please know our hearts are there with you….
So sorry for your loss, Jack and Leah Jean–our sympathy to you family

My thoughts and prayers are with Kathy`s family. She will be so very missed by all that knew and called her friend.
Dear Bobby,We are so saddened and shocked to hear this. We loved spending time with both of you and as our kids got older it became tougher to be with you both. Please know how much we loved Kathy and are praying for you at this time.
Dear Bobby,Know that my love, thoughts and prayers are with you and family.Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.
I along with all the agents at the Lake felt our collective hearts break when we first got the news of Kathys passing. Kathy was one of the most dedicated, caring and honorable realtors you could ever meet. When I did a deal with Kathy, I always made sure ( as Loretta told me) to cross all my t`s and dot all my i`s. If I missed any, Kathy would let me know! And she did too, but always in a nice way to me. I will cherish her in my thoughts and remember especially when on rare occassions, we just got to sit and talk between us – not just real estate, but whatever was going on with us. I hope she has found another beautiful lake and is at peace. Save a place for us. We will be along soon. Until then I will carry your smile in my heart. Soar with the Angels, Kathy!
I knew Kathy for many years, and she was always such an energetic and fun person to know and be around. I feel fortunate to have known her. She will be missed, but is in a better place now. I hope it helps to know that many, many thoughts and prayers are with the families during this difficult time.
Sorry to hear of the loss of a wonderful neighbor, always warm and inviting. Sending condolences to Bobby and the family she honored and left beautiful memories of life.
How saddened we were to hear of Kathy`s passing. She was one of the first people we met when we moved to Lake Anna. Her gracious smile and outgoing personality was contagious. May God wrap his loving arms around her loved ones and give them the strength to go on. It was a pleasure to have known Kathy but even more to call her a friend. May she rest in peace!
Thankful for having known Kathy these past few years. No words can adequately express our sadness and sympathy but please know our hearts are with you all.
I knew Kathy for many years, I worked with her at Lake Anna Realty and I have to say she taught me a lot about real estate, gave me advice on life situations, and overall a wonderful friend. I`m glad to have known Kathy and her ambition and hard-work to help anyone find that perfect dream home or lot! May god wrap his loving arms around the family and friends in this difficult time.
Kathy always had a smile and a wonderful way of showing how much she cared about you. A really go-getter I always admired her energy and drive. She was extremely strong during her battle never to lose her beautiful smile and optmistic additude. With her loving husband by her side they showed a love and compassion that cannot be forgotten. My family and I will miss her dearly. We love you Kathy,, Always Sonny Hill and Family.
