Joseph Franklin Henshaw, 73 of Louisa passed away Saturday, August 9th, 2008
He is proceeded in death by his parents: James B. Henshaw and Willie Burkhead Henshaw, he is also proceeded in death by four brothers: James Henshaw; Johnny Henshaw; Leslie Henshaw; Bradley Henshaw, and one sister: Eulena Perry.
Mr. Henshaw is survived by his two sons: Tony Henshaw and his wife Cheryl; Randy Henshaw and his wife Andrea; daughter: Tammy H. Conley and husband Jerry; two sisters: Dora Ann Burdette; Elizabeth Piggy” Rudd; one brother: Herbert Henshaw; Grandchildren: Anthony Henshaw; Russell Henshaw; Janelle Conley; Jacob Conley. His former wife Clara Henshaw and devoted friend Marion Clark.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday August 12th 2008 at Woodward Funeral Home 200 Fredericksburg Avenue Louisa Virginia 23093. The Rev. Roger Bevins will officiate. Interment will follow in Little River Baptist Church Cemetery Bumpass Virginia. Pallbearers will be: Rodney Barlow Jacob Conley Jimmy Parrish Wilson Ray Perry Kenny Smith and Dwight Hutchins Sr.
A visitation will be held from 6- 8 PM Monday August 11 2008 at the funeral home.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to any Louisa County Volunteer Rescue Squad.
