Joel Kristopher Frederiksen, 23, of Louisa, VA, passed away Monday, July 30, 2007 at his residence.
Joel was a member of Louisa Moose Lodge # 2065, he enjoyed coaching the flag football team for Louisa Parks and Rec., and he was employed as a plumber by S.W. Poindexter Plumbing, Inc.
Joel is survived by his parents, Joseph W. and Elizabeth Andersen Frederiksen of Louisa, his fiancé, Judi Marshall of Louisa, children, Kevin Kronander, Jr., Jacob and Collin Kronander, his sister, Chrystal Frederiksen, his paternal grandmother, Jean Frederiksen, his maternal grandfather, Roy Andersen, his aunts, Pamela Lockwood, Heather Welch, Andrea Chancellor and husband Larry, his uncles, David and Edward Frederiksen, Jr., Kristopher Andersen, his cousins, Destiny and Faith Frederiksen, Kristine Andersen, Gunner Welch, Shawn Andersen and one on the way.
Joel is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Edward Frederiksen, Sr., and his maternal grandmother, June Elizabeth Andersen.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 5, 2007 at Woodward Funeral Home, 200 Fredericksburg Ave., Louisa, VA 23093. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 5, 2007 at Woodward Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Courtney Joyner will be conducting the service. Burial will be private.
