Jesse Franklin Lowman, 73 of Mineral, Virginia passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015 at his residence. He was a member of Beth Page Christian Church and had served his country for twenty three years in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service, he was an ordained pastor serving churches in South Carolina and Virginia.He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Ellen Lowman and a sister, Diana Fields.He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Linda Lowman, son, Jesse Dale Lowman (Olga) of Florida; daughters, Kaye St. Louis (Andre) of New Hampshire and Teresa Groome (Wayne) of Mineral, VA; a brother, Jim Lowman (Brenda) of South Carolina; grandchildren, Adam Groome, Justin Groome, Lindsey St. Louis, Andrew St. Louis, Brandon Lowman, Jessica Lowman, Eric Lowman and Olivia Lowman and several nieces and nephews.The family will received friends on Friday, January 23rd from 6 to 8 p.m. at Woodward Funeral Home.A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24th at the funeral home.Interment will follow at Bethpage Christian Church Cemetery, Mineral
