race James Jim” Jordan passed away January 1 2010 at his log cabin in Louisa VA. He was born August 6 1934 in Columbus County NC.
Jim is survived by his 3 daughters Marion Jane Jordan of Goodview VA Dinah Faye Jordan Seely and her husband Arthur Jerome Seely Jr. of Denton TX Delores Ann Jordan Joiner of Vinton VA his brother C.E. Jordan and his wife Juanita of Burleson TX his 6 grandchildren Abbie Leigh Mallery and her husband Stephen Haley Lynne Joiner Benjamin Jordan Herbig Logan Ewelle Joiner Maxwell Priest Herbig Jacob Edwards Herbig and 1 great granddaughter Madison Elise Mallery.

To all Dad`s friends… Thank you so much for being part of his life, providing emotional and physical support and spiritual fellowship throughout his years with us on Earth. Dad was a true renaissance man whose mechanical ingenuity and skills were widely respected and sought after. His work ethic was second to none, and few could keep up with him, regardless their age. Despite his illnesses this past few years, he kept the severity to himself and would always say he`d een sick for awhile but was back on track and doin` good ” and few if any knew the pain and sickness he truly endured.
