Aunt Hannah. From the first time we met and throughout the past 26 years as an extension of the Bowles family, you’ve always been nothing less than who you are: loving and welcoming, and for that, I will miss you. Your strength, dignity, faith, and devotion to all of those you’ve touched –especially me and Cathy, will continue to live through stories yet to be told. What an amazing life you’ve had! The gift of love, life and laughter you shared over the past 79 years will now take you on a new journey, filled with well-deserved peace and rest. In loving memory.
Dear Watt and family,Larry and I are thinking of all of you at this time. We met Grace Hannah in 2000 when we moved here from Michigan. As long as I live there are two special things I will remember about Grace. First of all the first time we came to Louisa Pres. she came up to me after church and said you play the piano don`t you?” She had watched me drumming my fingers on the pew in front of us while we were singing. After that I found myself as the church pianist for many years. The second thing was how much she loved my peanut brittle and when I gave it to her the last time right before Christmas
I met Grace Hannah when my husband and I joined Louisa Presbyterian Church seven years ago. She had the biggest smile and a warm engaging personality that made me gravitate to her each Sunday. I will miss her greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with Watt and family. Heaven opened its door to a real treasure.
Watt and family,I`m so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Heaven has certainly gained an angel with Mrs. Watkins! Mrs. Watkins taught me 3rd grade at Louisa Elementary School. She was kind, compassionate, and always had the sweetest smile! I will miss seeing her in the town of Louisa and our times reminiscing over the old elementary school days. May God`s love bring peace to the entire family, and my former students Hunter and Will. Be blessed! Sincerely, Jami (Thaniel) Curry and Family

I have just learned of Grace Hannah`s death, and am deeply saddened by it. She was such a wonderful person, a dear friend, and a true gift to me and to Louisa Presbyterian Church. My heart goes out to Watt and all her children and grandchildren. I will forever cherish the time I had with you the weekend I stayed at your home during Louisa Presbyterian Church`s anniversary celebration. It was true joy to be with you, Watt, and with Grace Hannah, and I will miss her dearly. May God`s comfort and peace surround you all.
It is now the end of February, and I searched Louisa obituaries, as I routinely do since I no longer live in the community. I was shocked and saddened to see the death of a wonderful and friendly person, Grace Hannah. Grace Hannah married into the Watkins family whose mother, Liggs, was a great friend of my mother and her family. My sincerest sorrow to Watt and his family in their loss. Grace Hannah filled the shoes of her family gracefully and was loved by so many people. God bless all of you.
