Fred was my room mate at the State Police Academy. We established a true friendship during that period that lasted until this day. I will miss him greatly. My condolences go to you his family with the assurance that Fred left a tremendous and lasting impression on all who knew him. God bless you.
I`m sorry to hear of Fred`s passing. My condolences to his family. I met him many years ago when he was a young trooper assigned to the Louisa area. We worked the same area until he left the department to run his own business in the Lakeside area. I always liked Fred and when he returned to the department, I told him I was glad to see him come back. May he rest in peace.
I`m sorry to hear of Fred`s passing. My thoughts and prayers go to the family. I used to live a few houses from him in louisa when we were kids.
