Fred C. Walker, 66, of Bumpass died Monday, November 26, 2007 at his residence. Born in West Virginia March 10, 1941 to the late Carl and Margie Walker; he served his country in the US Army. He was an avid Redskin Fan, enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, and all water sports. He loved working with his hands doing numerous kinds of construction; he was a member of Lake Anna Civic Association and Lake Anna Boaters Association. He retired from Ukrops as Meat Department Manager.
Mr. Walker is survived by his wife Frances L. Walker; two sons, Jeffrey and Richard Walker, a daughter Angela Walker Rowe; two step-sons David Reynolds and Michael Jackson; three sisters, five grandchildren; one great-grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by a brother.
A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, November 30th at Woodward Funeral Home Louisa, VA with Rev. Carlton Holloway officiating. The family will receive friends at their residence following the memorial service.
