Esther S. Kent 96, of Louisa, Virginia passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Russell Kent, he passed away in 1989; they had many happy years together. She also was preceded in death by her parents Jimmy and Ada Sprouse, three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by two sisters, Sara Martin and Elsie Harris of Louisa, VA many nieces and nephews, to include a special niece Helen Sprouse and a special friend Shirley Bishop.Esther was a member of Louisa Baptist Church for many years; her family is grateful to her faithful church family, friends and health care givers Her remains rest at Woodward Funeral Home, Louisa where the family will receive friends 1 to 2pm on Wednesday, October 9th funeral service to follow at 2pm with interment in Hillcrest Cemetery.In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Louisa Baptist Church, 305 East Main Street, Louisa, VA 23093
