Emma Johnson Perkins, 87, of Louisa died suddenly Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Martha Jefferson Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W.O. ?Teach? Perkins.
Emma is survived by her son, Calvin Perkins of Louisa, her brother John Johnson Jane of Troy, her sister Minnie Melton of Charlottesville.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, May 14 at Macedonia United Methodist Church Cemetery, Bells Crossroads, with Pastor Linda Crabbs officiating. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Woodward Funeral Home, Louisa.
