Chuck was a great colleague, friend, and teacher. I had the opportunity to get to know him when we worked together at the NRC in the 1990s. I learned a lot about fuel facilities, nuclear material control and accounting, security, and safeguards from him. However, he also taught me more about supervision, regulation, and friendship. Thanks, Chuck! Our prayers and thoughts are with you, Phyllis. Thanks for sharing Chuck with us.

To the Emeigh Family -My thoughts and prayers are with you.
You have been wise and loving parents-raised three of the greatest kids I know-influenced grandkids and friends. You have been truly blessed with a good marriage–filled with love, compassion and respect for each other. You have always been loving and kind to me and to all others around you. You have always stepped up and helped others carry their heavy loads whether it be broken hearts or broken bodies. I want to say, Thank You”. I have been so blessed to have you in my life. When God said The greatest gift of all is love he gave both of you a double dose. You have been a role model for me–so “thank you” is just too small a word. With great love and respecrt.”
