Charles E. Horn, 70, of Mineral passed away Monday, November 12, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Horn was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor M. Horn. He was a U.S. Navy veteran who served in Vietnam.

Survivors include his son, Drew Horn (Shelly), grandsons Tripp and Reid Horn; and brothers Dillo, Danny, Randy and Sandy.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
