Cevera Estelle Smith Bazzanella

Cevera Estelle Smith Bazzanella, 97 of Mineral, Virginia passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Martha Jefferson Hospital.
Cevera was born in Louisa, Virginia the daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson and Mildred Corr Smith. She was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church, where she served as president of the Adult Class, sang in the choir and taught the Junior Class for 23 years; she was also an active member of Fork Union Eastern Star and a retired Cosmetologist.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of almost 61 years, Louis Bazzanella, four sisters, Olive Lee, Louise Smith, Jeannette Sclater and Helen Brooks and one brother, Robert Smith.
She is survived by seven nieces and three nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Woodward Funeral Home, Louisa, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
