Our deepest sympathy to all of Carol`s family and friends. We know she will be profoundly missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, times like this we don`t understand any of it. I`ll always remember her smile and the big hug she gave me just a week before. Tell Christopher and Nick they are in my thoughts.
A tragic loss of a beautiful person both inside and out. Carol was a dear friend and I will miss her deeply.
Oh! dear friend, you will be missed! We share wonderful memories – of course many of them involving knitting. I have one garment to request of you – please knit for me the courage, wisdom and strength to look after your boys – as you would have so expertly done for mine should our luck have been reversed.
May the peace of God comfort Chris, Nick, and the family during this difficult time. Carol was a special friend and will be greatly missed.
My heart goes out to Carol`s family and especially Chris and Nick. Carol was a dear friend and co-worker, always willing to go the extra step, with patience and always with a smile. She will be greatly missed by everyone she worked with. I will miss the time we took to talk, having her show me all the many projects she was working on and mostly her smile. Her sons were the best part of her life and she was always so proud of everything they did. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. My friend, if I could give one thing in life, it would be the ability to see yourself as others saw you, then you would realize what a truly special person you were…
God is surronding Chris, Nick and family and may God bring them comfort and peace in this time of need. I will miss talking to her and seeing her smile, when she came in Wal-mart to pick up Chris.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Carol was a good friend and a great person to know. She was always thinking of others and putting them first. She always went the extra mile for her co-workers and of course her boys. I`ll miss our talks and her friendship.
Dear Jolyn, I remember meeting Carol. She had a beautiful face and outstanding smile. Gene and I are praying for you, her boys, and Carol and the rest of the family. She was special Jolyn. God Love and Bless you Jolyn, and the rest of your family. Love always, Carol & Gene Kerns, Jr.

Words can not express how I felt on that day when I got the news that she had been taken away. I thought my heart would stop beating, and then there were tears, that I could not stop from falling as I thought about her two boys Nick & Chris whom she loved unconditionally, and my heart just ached. After I saw the two of them and put my arms around them, I knew that it was all so real, and I let them know that my family will always be there for them, as long as we are here, your boys will always have a place to come and watch movies, play games and just hang out. I just want to say Carol The Works that you have done will speak for you the Life that you have lived will speak for you and the Service that you have given will speak for you.” You will be missed but you will never be forgotten as your spirit will live with my family forever.”
My thoughts and prayers are with Carol`s family. I only knew Carol for a short time but I feel like I`ve known her for a lifetime. Her smile and willingness to help others was beautiful. I enjoyed our conversations and I know that she is so proud Chris and Nick. I`ll miss you Carol!

So very, very sorry to read this tragic news. Carol and I lived just down the street (Rainwater Rd, Hunting Creek Hills) from one another in our teenage years. I have many fond memories of Carol and her Fantastic Smile. My sincerest condolences to her family and loved ones.
Jolyn, You and I have not had a good spring /summer and my heart goes out to you. I have Pete`s finale with his friends coming from all over to scatter his ashes in the bay at the end of the month on what would have been Mother`s 90th birthday — September 30. May god bless and keep us safe, may our faith in human kindness keep us moving through our sadness. Cara Wells
My thoughts and prayers go out to Carol`s sons and family. I hadn`t seen her since high school, but I`m sure she was the same great person from that time. It saddens me to know that I won`t ever get to catch up with her.
I would appreciate any info you can give.
