Bertha Ann Walker, 84, of Louisa, March 24, 1926 – February 11, 2011. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Mineral. Proceeded in death by her husband Melvin Walker, Sr. She is survived by her five children, Roy J. Carneal, Jr., Brenda Brooks Thompson, Geraldine Brooks Aylor, Thomas M. Brooks, Jr. and Patricia Brooks Llewellyn, 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday, February 14th at Woodward Funeral Home in Louisa, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 15th. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Louisa.

aunt bertha,i cant belvie what happen suddendy ,it real very very hurt and borken in my heart without her now i real miss her somuc h allready itreal hard on me she always be there for me all my life she is very sweet loving fun person to be around she always call my mom keep tell her pelase tell wanda come over see her all the time she said she real miss me and love me all the time i real miss not talk with her anymore she is best aunt in the world she is more undeestand and more time with me she write paper for conversitaon with me all the time when i vist her she real been good to me god want take her home she can be no pain here she is happy heaven with jesus without worry anything it real hard on me leave her away i love her somuch in all my heart love neice wanda love and kisses
