Andrew Jackson Moore, 78 of Mineral passed away Tuesday January 29, 2008 at Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville. He is survived by his wife: Elsie Marie Moore; 3 sons: Samuel, Ricky & Mark Moore; 4 step- daughters: Rita Kensek, Tammy Grimsley, Barbara Bailey & Kimberly Clark; 1 sister: Edith Mae Price; several grandchildren; 2 great- grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Friday February 1, 2008 at Mineral Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church 1 hour prior to the service. Mr. Moore was a member of Mineral Baptist Church & Bass singer with the singing seniors.
