Eleanor Mae Horn, 67, of Mineral, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
She is survived by her husband, Charles; her son, Drew (Shelly); her grandsons, Tripp and Reid; her brothers, John Henry Huff (Skippy) of Leesburg, Ricky, Roger and Keith Huff of Mineral.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
